- How long are shipping times?
Our suppliers typically ship items within one to five days of receiving an order. Our items ship from one of two warehouses - our US warehouse (Delivery 7-10 business days), or our China warehouse (Delivery up to 30 days).
As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs on where your order is at all times.
- What's your return policy?
We accept returns of eligible items postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. Return requests received after the 30 days will not be accepted. All U.S. returns are eligible for a full refund when returned. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds cannot be issued to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

- Can I cancel my order?
An order can usually be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, but it is not guaranteed. Please note our warehouse works as quickly as possible to get you your items, so the grace period is brief.
- What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us.
- Do you offer exchanges?
We accept exchanges of eligible items postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. Exchange requests received after 30 days will not be accepted. All U.S. exchanges are eligible for FREE return shipping when returned for the new item.
